What you need
- A shirt or scrub top that fits you well
- A measuring tape (or a ruler and string)
- A flat surface like a bed or table
Step 1: Measure the chest
Lay your shirt flat and button or zip it closed. Measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other. This is the armpit to armpit measurement, the most important number for choosing your top.
Step 2: Measure the length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.
